"Likes" entry from More Actions menu needs hard page refresh to update its translation

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Administer Wiki > Content > Localization
2. Set Multilingual to 'Yes' with EN and FR as Supported Languages and EN as Default Language
3. Go to Home Page (Main.WebHome)
4. Click 'More Actions'
5. Observe the 'Likes' entry translation under 'Viewers' subsection (it should be EN at this point)
6. Change the language in FR from Drawer > Languages
7. Click again on 'More Actions' ('Plus d'actions')
8. Observe the 'Likes' entry translation

Expected results

The 'Likes' entry is displayed in FR translation - 'J'aime' when the wiki's language is set to FR.

Actual results

Although the wiki's language is set to FR, the 'Likes' entry is still displayed in EN.

However, after a hard page refresh the translation is changed properly.

The same issue reproduces when changing the language back from FR to EN.
