Notifications Watch are set to off when a subset of events are watched

    Description

      Reproduction steps:

      • Watch first a single page to stop watch the whole wiki
      • Go to another page and check that the watch switches are all off
      • Go to the notification settings and add a custom filter for the previous page for one event only
      • Go back to the page and check the watch switches

      Expected result:

      • The switches should be in a middle state to display that some events are watched

      Obtained result:

      • The switches are all off

      Note that switching on and off the switches won't have any effect on the custom filter created, so a user might have the feeling that they switched off the notifications for a page and still receive them for some particular events.
