Add page object to upload file during edition session

It's possible to upload an attachment while editing a document just by using drag&drop or the editor (or by using the dedicated attachment UI): it would be useful to have a page object for using that feature in test.
To give more context, I have this need for testing change request, as the upload will be submitted as part of the changes of the CR so I cannot upload before the edition session.
