Large images are overlapped by the PDF footer

 I tested on a 13.10.5 local Jetty instance:

• on a new page I uploaded a test image attached to the ticket - image size 842x1581 obtained from https://picsum.photos/
•  then exported the page as a PDF picking to include cover, table of contents, header, footer

Result 

• the image is overlapped by the footer - large-image-test-13.10.5-PDF-export.pdf

I noticed that this issue actually happened in the past - XWIKI-3698 - but I understand that a solution was not found.
