Large images are not displayed fully when exporting as PDF

I tested on a 14.10.6 Cloud instance:

• on a new page I uploaded a test image attached to the ticket - image size 842x1581 obtained from https://picsum.photos/
•  then exported the page as a PDF, noticing that the new client-side PDF exporter was shown, picking to include cover, table of contents, header, footer

Result
