Display the breadcrumb on access denied pages

When a user is denied access to a page, the accessdenied.vm template is used and the breadcrumb is not shown (can be displayed with #template("hierarchy.vm")).

It would be nice to have the breadcrumb in these pages. It would allow harmonizing with the rest of XWiki too.
