Description

Caused by a double slash in image URLs with the gallery attachment picker.

This generates URLs with // which makes Tomcat choke by default, see https://forum.xwiki.org/t/image-thumbnails-missing/11603/

The problem is at https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/4c175405faa0e62437df397811c7526dfc0fbae7/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-web/xwiki-platform-web-war/src/main/webapp/resources/js/xwiki/xwiki.js#L1394
