When copy pasting link from toc the 'fancy'/readable title isnt used

When you copy the page url and paste it in a chat program like teams you get the title from the page tab to click on.

i.e. Smile - Wikipedia with the link underneath being https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smile

However when copy pasting a link from the toc the fancy page title isnt used but the entirity of a link is shown; perhaps the shown text can be fancified when copy pasting from the toc.

I.e. i'd expect to see Smile - Wikipedia when linking to a specific page anchor and not https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smile#Duchenne_smile like it currently does in xwiki.
