User can resize an image with the mouse even though the style should prevent it.

Reproduction steps

• create a style S1 where Adjustable Size is set to false
• insert an image with style S1
• Try to resize the image using the mouse

Expected

• No resize action is proposed and/or using it does not affect the size of the image

Actual

• The dimensions of the image are updated
