Do not warn users about internet access requirement in offline installations

During an offline installation of a flavor, the user is warned about the fact that "The installation process requires internet access and it might take a few minutes to complete depending on the internet bandwidth and the load of the remote extension repository.".
This warning does not make sense in the given context.
