Display an info that the annotation has been deleted for the orphaned replies in Comments tab

Steps to reproduce

1. Add an annotation to a word (e.g. "annotation1")
2. Add a reply to this annotation (e.g. "reply1")
3. Delete the annotation
4. Observe the reply from the 'Comments' tab

Expected results

An info message is displayed above the orphaned reply (for ex in grey color, like "Annotation was deleted").

Actual results

No message is displayed. The reply appears as if it was added as a regular comment on the page.

This can cause confusion for users as can be interpreted that the reply is a comment to the existing content and not a reply to an annotation that was deleted.
