xwiki-platform-web-templates is wrongly installed as a dependency of like notifications

Steps to reproduce:

Search for "xwiki-platform-web-templates" in the "Installed extension" in the extension manager.

Expected result:

Nothing is found.

Actual result:

A result is found, showing that it has been installed as a dependency for "XWiki Platform - Like - Notifications". This is a regression introduced as part of XWIKI-20676 while adding a page test that requires this module.
