Allow defining an order and a default template for page creation and to hide templates

Templates can be provided for page creation using template providers.

Some control over:

• which one is the default (the one that is selected)
• in which order they appear
• which ones to hide

per space would be nice and has been requested in customer projects. This currently requires overriding createinline.vm, which imposes a high maintenance burden that could be avoided.
