Cursor jumps at the beginning of the macro content when editing the content of a macro in realtime

How to reproduce:

• create a page with a paragraph and a warning macro
• open the page in edit mode in a collaborative realtime session
• start editing in the warning macro content (in the editor) with one of the users

Expected result:
The user can type normally and the content is synchronized on the other user's browser

Actual result:
The cursor of the user that edits "jumps" systematically to the top of the warning macro content, it's almost impossible to type
