Content in editor widgets is flickering when typing on the other side of the collaborative session

how to reproduce:

• create a page with a paragraph, an image with a caption or a macro
• edit the page in 2 sessions, with 2 different users

Expected result:

• typing in the content goes smoothly and the content is synchronized on the other side

Actual result:

• when typing in the paragraph, all the content in the widgets (image with caption and macro) is flickering, as if it's getting refreshed in the editor.

Note: if the image has no caption, this effect doesn't happen (as it won't be rendered in a widget).
