Lightbox gallery should display only the current user avatar on Profile page

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to an User Profile page which has a picture set as avatar
2. Mouse hover over the large user avatar
3. On Lightbox, click on 'Image gallery' button

Expected results

Only the current user avatar is displayed in the gallery.

Actual results

The Lightbox 'Image gallery' displays the user's avatar (twice), sometimes along with other users avatars (in my case Admin's).
