Allow to chose the notification email grouping strategy per email scheduler

The new notification email grouping strategy currently impacts all the email notification scheduler, including live email notifications.
It should be possible to configure that strategy per scheduler: it's expected that the admin don't want to have same strategy for live email and weekly email for example.
