The name of the macro should be prioritized when filtered in Select Macro modal

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit a page with CKEditor
2. On the toolbar, click on 'Insert' > 'Other Macros'
3. In the filter box, type the name of a macro (e.g. "content")

Expected results

The 'Content' macro is displayed at the top at the filtered results.

Actual results

The 'Content' macro is displayed as the 5th result from the top, since the filter takes into consideration the description of other macros which contain the "content" string which are displayed first.
