Starting App Within Minutes wizard without “Applications” panel

Currently, starting the App Within Minutes wizard requires an “Application” panel to access under “More applications” > “Create your own!” (reference Application Wizard)

If side panels are not enabled, found another way of starting is via “Help” > “Applications” > “Try it!”

Recommending adding "Create your own!" to “Application Index” page
