Image size cannot be changed on external URLs

Reproduction steps:

• insert an image with an external url
• save the document
• edit again
• edit the image
• try to change the size

Expected

• the size if changed according to the dimensions of the image

Actual

• a malformed url is queried for the image, making the edition fail, the image fails to be saved
