Wikis administration descriptor duplicate owner in the suggest

1. Go to global administration -> wikis -> descriptors.
2. Change the owner and save.
3. Refresh the page

Actual result:

• The new owner is duplicated in the suggest

Expected result:

• To only show the current owner at the top and the rest of the users.
