Advice column of the extension security vulnerability is wrong

The section currently always display "Please upgrade XWiki." even when using latest version of XWiki, and when there's no upgrade available.

Tips:

Install org.xwiki.contrib.oidc:oidc-authenticator/1.29 and activity pub (in order to have org.jsoup:jsoup/1.13.1 as a transitive dependency).
