Document creation date is not displayed using user's timezone

Reproduction steps:

• Create a document and then perform a modification on it
• Change user timezone for something like Canada/Central
• Check the document modified and created date

Expected result:

• Both dates are displayed with an offset corresponding to the user timezone

Obtained result:

• the modified date is displayed correctly, but the created date is displayed without taking into account users' timezone, making it inconsistent see:
