Force the default image style to override the --- option

    Description

      Currently, the '---' option is always available with no constraints.

      It should be possible to force the default option to replace the '---' one. In this case:

      • the '---' option will not be proposed to the user
      • the style will not be persisted in the image syntax (i.e., no data-xwiki-image-style='xxx' is persisted)
