Attachment metadata dirty flag is not always taken into account when saving attachment metadata

    Description

      To be consistent with document behavior, things like the incrementation and date update should only occur if the metadata dirty flag is true.

      A possible workaround is to produce an attachment Archive with the version we want to save already in it and set it in the XWikiAttachment before the save.
