RequireJS timeout can block large multipage PDF exports

This is not easy to reproduce, but we noticed the problem on a very large multipage export where the content had many live tables. This led to many HTTP requests which are handled by the browser with a limited pool. Many of the live table results requests were made before asking for RequireJS modules, thus slowing down modules loading, eventually leading to a timeout.
