Use group name or group title when filtering in the groups livetable

Today, livetable that are used to generate lists of groups (such as in the rights UI or the groups UI in the wiki administration) allow filtering groups by their name.

However, it's not possible to properly filter groups by their title, in case the documents using the groups have a custom, more user-friendly title.

The goal of this issue is to see how we can allow filtering of groups based on their name and title in these livetables.
