In the user rights UI, display the user first name and last name

    Description

      Currently, the matrix for giving rights to users and groups only display usernames. This can have a negative impact to the user experience in case the username format used in the wiki is significantly different than the first name and last name of the corresponding users (for example, it's the case if usernames are UIDs).
