Links have non-link color in the security vulnerability listing

In the security vulnerability listing in the extension administration, in the CVE IDs column, when there is an explanation next to a listed vulnerability, the identifier has a gray color which suggests that in contrast to other listed identifier it is not link. However, in fact it is a link as you can see when hovering it. This impacts accessibility as it is not possible to visually identify the link.
