Core extensions vulnerabilities are not updated after an upgrade of XWiki

When upgrading XWiki, you keep seeing vulnerabilities for core extension are not installed in the indicated version anymore.

We need to make sure to remove from the index the core extension, which don't exist anymore in the job.
