Inline links in muted-text can not rely on color

It should be easy to distinguish a link from its neighboring text. Some improvements have already been made for regular text in XWIKI-20827, however, changing the color of the text is not a solution for the text-muted elements containing inline links.

A possible fix is to underline the inline links. However this could create an inconsistent display of links (some underlined, the others not underlined) that would reduce usability.
