Wrong name of deleted page in Extension Manager when asking to restore a deleted page upon upgrade

How to reproduce:

• on a wiki, set the user profile "extension conflict setup" to Yes
• install the blog application version 9.13.1
• delete the page Blog.RssCode
• upgrade the blog application to latest (9.13.3)
• when asked about extension conflict setup by extension manager, choose "Ask what to do" for the "deleted pages" selector
• the extension manager will stop to ask a question when it encounters Blog.RssCode page

Expected result:

• display a question where the name of the page is correctly displayed

Actual result:

• the name of the page is not displayed correctly in the question asked by extension manager, see:
