DefaultLiveDataSourceManager is silently ignoring component initialization errors

DefaultLiveDataSourceManager is skipping any initialization exception of LiveDataSource without logging an error: as a consequence there's no information whatsoever in case an error occurs. That's annoying in particular when developing a custom source, as it's not helping to understand the cause of a bug.
