Allow users to restart or resume a tour

In TOUR-9 a button was introduced. This button allows the user to display the tour.

The current action is a resume. This is not relevant when the user is already at the last step.

Proposal:

• when clicking on the button, display a box that will propose - resume, restart, and hide button.
• depending on what the user selects, we execute that type of action.
