What's new drawer entry displayed on private wiki when logged out

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make the wiki private by preventing unregistered users from viewing any pages.
2. Log out and open the drawer

Expected result:

The item "What's New" isn't displayed as it's not possible to access it.

Actual result:

The item is displayed.
