The cancel button of the non-existing page create modal still lead to the non-existing page

Reproduction steps

1. create a page
2. insert a link to a non existing page
3. save the page
4. click on the link
5. click on cancel on the page creation modal

Expected

The modal is closed. The user stays on the current page.

Actual

The user is brought to the non-existing page in view mode.
