Admin section: make user directory pass webstandard tests

    Description

      As of now, we can't add the user-directory section of XWikiPreferences to the webstandard list because it fails:

      Validation errors in /xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=userdirectory

ERROR: An input field has been found with no label association.
