The Edit check boxes become smaller when changing the browser page size

Note: the bug only reproduces on Chrome.

Steps to reproduce:

1. As Admin access Administer Wiki
2. Click on Users & Rights > Rights > Users OR Groups
3. Change the browser page size ex. make it half screen or smaller

Expected results: The check boxes remain the same size.

Actual results: The check boxes under the Edit column become smaller.
