What's new displays wrong dates for the entries

    Description

      The entries seem to have a 12 hours shift, this is what I'm seeing on a wiki with a TZ set to Europe/Paris:

      So it says 2024/01/17 00:08 for the "XWiki 15.10.5 Released" entry which has been published at 12:08.
