No notification in case of copy or move of a document

Reproduction steps:

• Create a user Foo, login and enable page notifications
• Create a document "MySpace" with a user Foo
• Watch explicitely the entire space "MySpace"
• Create a new document "Test" outside of "MySpace" with user Foo and check it's watched
• Login with another user (e.g. Admin)
• Copy the document Test inside MySpace space
• Move the document Test inside MySpace space
• Login with Foo and check notifications

Expected result:

• Foo should receive notifications for the copy and for the move of document Test

Obtained result:

• Foo receive no notification at all

Note that before 11.1 Foo was receiving 3 notifications: 1 for the creation of a new document resulting to the copy, and 1 creation and a 1 delete resulting to the move.
