Avatar Image Attachments Not Actually Used

The daily Xwiki event notification mail includes avatar image attachments for all mentioned users, but these attachments are not actually used / referenced by the mail text - the online avatar images are referenced instead, which may not be accessible without login / from the user's mail client application.
