Custom filters of XWiki.WebHome are not displayed in the custom filters table

Reproduction steps

1. Go to XWiki.WebHome
2. Check "Watch this page" on the notification pane
3. reload the page
4. Check the status of "Watch this page", the result is ok
5. Go to the user notification preferences
6. Check the custom filters table

Expected

The custom filter for XWiki.WebHome is listed.

Actual

The custom filter for XWiki.WebHome is not listed.

Notes

1. The same is true if the filter is added using the new custom filter form of the notification preferences page
2. The same is true for the global custom filters config in the administration
3. I did not check deeper, but this issue can be reproduced on 12.10.11. Therefore, I don't consider the bug as a regression
4. The fact that the notification pane shows valid result seems to point for a filtering issue in the table filters, and not a persistency issue
