Forced default style is not taken into account when pasting an image

Reproduction steps

1. Go to the image style administration
2. Define a style "bordered" with "Default Border=true"
3. make it the default + check " Force Default Style "
4. edit a page
5. paste an image in the document

Expected

The image has a border

Actual

The image is missing the border attribute
