Tree macro cannot find attachment from French page locale if current locale is English

Prerequisites:

• Have locally any image
• XWiki has to be multilanguage, I've set Supported languages as English and French with Default language French.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Logged into XWiki ad admin user
2. Switch to French locale
3. Create any page with empty content
4. Upload local image into a recently created page via Attachment section
5. Switch to English locale
6. Navigate to any Test pages or Sandnox page
7. Start editing page via CKEditor
8. Click on Image button from CKEditor toolbar menu
9. Switch on Tree tab
10. Start typing the attachment name in search field

Actual result

No result will be displayed.

Expected result

The attachment has been found and can be inserted.

Notes

The issue only happens in the English language, if you switch to French language and re-do last steps the image will be found. Also, you can skip creating a page and just add a custom image to any page in the French locale.
