      (This probably needs to be assigned to the Xwiki 2.1 markup parser / renderer - not sure if I assigned it correctly...)

      Quotes behave really strangely in Xwiki.

      As the rendered result when viewing the page differs significantly from what you previously get to see in the WYSIWYG editor, to me this looks like Bugs rather than missing features - even though technically it might be missing features. Not sure...

      Let's start with multiline quotes:

       

      Now let's try to quote a list example from the Xwiki documentation - looks nice in the editor, but as soon as you save...
