    Description

      Characters encoding on the user creation lightbox / group creation lightbox (in admin) is not ok :

      Example (tested on a 1.3 / installed with a windows native installer / windows xp / firefox) :

      First Name : "ëéèæùì" generate "ëéèæùì"
      Last Name : "ëéèæùì" generate "ëéèæùì"

      The page name generated is clean (EeeaeuiEeeaeui)

      Same bug on the groups.
