Image quick action doesn't find image from default language in translation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable multilingual and enable, e.g., German as additional language
2. Go to the German version of the Sandbox page
3. Edit the page with the WYSIWYG editor
4. Type /img and press enter

Expected result:

The image attached to the Sandbox page is listed as first image.

Actual result:

The image XWikiLogo.png is not listed and cannot be found even when explicitly searching for it. This makes it impossible to use quick actions to insert images from the current page into translations.
