Add automated test for "See The Logging Page"

The test verifies that the Logging page from Administration works properly.

Continuing the manual tests migration, there is a test about checking if the Logging page works properly: https://test.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Administration%20Tests/See%20The%20Logging%20Page. I've checked https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/f8b9bb310db61c5f0cde06b84631e6366ca5c68d/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-logging/xwiki-platform-logging-ui/src/test/java/org/xwiki/logging/LoggingAdminPageTest.java#L75 but I'm not sure if the corresponding automated test exists. Can you please confirm?
