PDF export displays the title of parent page in the wrong locale

This is the second issue of XWIKI-22091

Actual result:

If you perform the entire PDF export of parent with children, then the parent page title will be displayed in French, not English

Expected result:

The title of the parent page during PDF exporting all pages (parent and children) has having English locale
