    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. On Windows, open 'start_xwiki.bat' to start XWiki 16.4.0
      2. Observe the logs

      Expected results

      No errors/warnings are displayed.

      Actual results

      A stacktrace is displayed:

      'XWIKI_OPTS' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

      The issue does not reproduce on XWiki 16.3.1.
